Welcome to the website of CAS InterGlobal LLC (“CAS InterGlobal,” “CAS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CAS InterGlobal website, including our pages, forms, Market Assessments, resources, digital content, webinars, communications, and other website-based features (collectively, the “Website”).
By accessing or using the Website, submitting information through the Website, or purchasing a product or service offered through the Website, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.
1. About CAS InterGlobal
CAS InterGlobal is a U.S.-based global market expansion company that works with manufacturers, brand owners, suppliers, distributors, and other businesses seeking international growth.
CAS services may include areas such as:
- Export management
- International sales development
- Distributor and buyer development
- U.S. market entry
- Market assessments
- International business development
- Logistics coordination
- Compliance coordination
- Trade-show representation
- Private-label development
- Market research and strategy
- Other related commercial services
The exact scope of services provided to a client is determined by a separate proposal, engagement letter, statement of work, service agreement, or other written agreement where applicable.
2. Website Terms vs. Client Service Agreements
These Terms govern your use of the CAS Website.
They do not replace any separate written agreement between CAS and a client.
If you enter into a separate:
- Service Agreement
- Consulting Agreement
- Retainer Agreement
- Statement of Work
- Purchase Order
- Proposal
- Engagement Letter
- Distribution Agreement
- Representation Agreement
or other written agreement with CAS, that agreement will govern the applicable professional services.
If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a separately executed client agreement, the separately executed agreement will control with respect to the services covered by that agreement.
3. Business Use and Authority
CAS primarily provides business-to-business services.
If you use the Website or submit information on behalf of a company, manufacturer, brand, supplier, distributor, or other organization, you represent that:
- You are authorized to provide the submitted information;
- The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge; and
- You have authority to communicate with CAS on behalf of the organization where applicable.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a Market Assessment, purchase a paid CAS resource, or enter into a commercial transaction through the Website.
4. Global Market Assessments
CAS may offer complimentary or paid assessments designed to understand a company’s:
- Products
- Current sales and distribution
- Production capabilities
- Export experience
- Target markets
- U.S. market-entry goals
- Commercial objectives
- Distributor needs
- Expansion timeline
- Investment readiness
- Other relevant business information
Submitting a Global Market Assessment, Export Readiness Assessment, U.S. Market Entry Assessment, or similar application:
- Does not create a client relationship;
- Does not obligate CAS to accept the company as a client;
- Does not guarantee a meeting, consultation, proposal, or engagement;
- Does not guarantee that CAS will recommend market expansion; and
- Does not guarantee that a product is suitable for any particular market.
CAS may review submissions and determine, in its discretion, whether an opportunity appears appropriate for further discussion.
5. No Guarantee of Business Results
International expansion involves commercial, regulatory, logistical, competitive, economic, and market risks.
Accordingly, CAS does not guarantee:
- International sales
- Specific revenue
- Purchase orders
- Distributor appointments
- Retail placement
- Buyer interest
- Market acceptance
- Regulatory approval
- Import clearance
- Export approval
- Trade-show leads
- Investment returns
- Entry into a specific retailer or country
- Any particular commercial outcome
Any examples, case studies, testimonials, performance figures, or client stories presented on the Website describe specific circumstances and should not be interpreted as guarantees that another company will achieve the same results.
6. Market, Regulatory, and Business Information
Content provided through the Website is intended for general business and informational purposes.
Markets, tariffs, regulations, import requirements, labeling rules, product standards, sanctions, customs procedures, distribution practices, and commercial conditions may change over time and differ according to:
- Product type
- Country
- Jurisdiction
- Buyer
- Importer
- Distributor
- Retailer
- Regulatory classification
- Specific transaction
CAS makes reasonable efforts to provide useful information but does not warrant that all Website information is complete, current, or applicable to every situation.
7. No Legal, Tax, Accounting, or Regulatory Advice
Unless expressly stated in a separate written professional engagement, information on the CAS Website does not constitute:
- Legal advice
- Tax advice
- Accounting advice
- Customs brokerage advice
- Investment advice
- Regulatory certification
- Government approval
- Compliance certification
Businesses should obtain advice from appropriately qualified attorneys, accountants, customs professionals, regulatory consultants, or other specialists where needed.
CAS may coordinate with third-party specialists as part of certain client engagements.

You agree that information you submit to CAS through the Website will be accurate and not intentionally misleading.
This may include information submitted through:
- Contact forms
- Market Assessments
- Surveys
- Webinar registrations

- Booking forms
- Telephone communications
- Other Website features
CAS may use submitted information to evaluate your inquiry, communicate with you, provide requested services, and perform other activities described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Confidential Information
Submitting information through a public Website form does not automatically create a confidential, fiduciary, exclusive, or attorney-client relationship.
Unless CAS has entered into a separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement with you, you should avoid submitting:
- Trade secrets
- Proprietary formulas
- Passwords
- Authentication credentials
- Highly sensitive financial information
- Confidential intellectual property
- Information you are prohibited from disclosing

The Website may refer to manufacturers, brands, retailers, trade shows, distributors, service providers, or other third parties.
Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and product images remain the property of their respective owners.
Their appearance on the Website does not necessarily mean that the third party currently endorses CAS, is an active CAS client, or has an ongoing commercial relationship with CAS unless expressly stated.
CAS will endeavor to describe business relationships accurately and appropriately.
12. Case Studies and Testimonials
CAS may display case studies, client stories, testimonials, market-development examples, brand relationships, and historical results.
These materials are intended to demonstrate the nature of CAS’s experience.

- Workshops

These resources are provided for educational and informational purposes and should not be considered a substitute for individualized market, legal, regulatory, tax, or commercial advice.

Certain CAS products, consultations, resources, or services may require payment.
Applicable:
- Prices
- Payment schedules
- Deposits
- Retainers
- Success fees
- Cancellation terms
- Refund terms
- Renewal terms
will be disclosed at the time of purchase or in the applicable proposal, checkout page, booking terms, invoice, or written agreement.
Professional CAS engagements may be governed by separate service agreements containing additional commercial terms.
Where a separate agreement applies, that agreement controls.
If CAS introduces any recurring or automatically renewing online offering, the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method should be clearly disclosed before enrollment.
15. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the specific product or service purchased.
The applicable policy will be stated:
- At checkout;
- During booking;
- In the applicable proposal;
- In the invoice;
- Or in the separate service agreement.
CAS does not intend these Website Terms to override any refund or cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
16. Communications With CAS
When you voluntarily contact CAS or submit your contact information, CAS may respond using methods such as:
- Telephone
- SMS, where applicable
- Video call
- Other appropriate business communications
Marketing communications may be subject to additional consent requirements depending on your location and the method of communication.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe mechanism included in those messages.
17. WhatsApp Communications
CAS may provide a WhatsApp contact link for convenience.
If you communicate with CAS through WhatsApp:
- Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy practices;
- Communications may be transmitted through systems not controlled by CAS;
- You should avoid sending passwords or highly sensitive confidential information through WhatsApp.
Using WhatsApp to contact CAS does not create a client relationship unless the parties separately agree to an engagement.
18. Acceptable Use

CAS may restrict access where it reasonably believes the Website is being abused.

Because CAS operates in international markets, transactions may be subject to U.S. and foreign:
- Export controls
- Trade restrictions
- Economic sanctions
- Customs laws
- Anti-boycott requirements
- Other international trade regulations
CAS reserves the right to decline, suspend, or discontinue an inquiry, transaction, market, party, or engagement where CAS determines that legal, regulatory, sanctions, compliance, reputational, or commercial concerns exist.
Nothing on the Website represents that CAS can lawfully provide services involving every country, entity, product, or transaction.
20. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Website may contain links to services operated by third parties, including:
- Social media platforms
- Scheduling platforms
- Video services
- Payment processors

We do not guarantee that:

- Merchantability;
- Fitness for a particular purpose;
- Non-infringement;
- Accuracy;

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
23. Limitation of Liability

- Lost profits
- Lost opportunities
- Lost business
- Lost data
- Business interruption
- Reliance on Website information
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, CAS’s liability arising specifically from a Website-based paid product or service will be limited to the amount paid to CAS for the applicable product or service giving rise to the claim, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Client-service liability may instead be governed by the applicable signed service agreement.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold CAS harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the Website;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Information you submit without authorization;
- Your infringement of third-party rights;
- Fraudulent or intentionally misleading conduct.
This section does not require indemnification for matters caused solely by CAS’s own unlawful conduct where such liability cannot lawfully be shifted.

Your use of the Website is also subject to the CAS Privacy Policy, which explains how CAS collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information.
26. Termination or Restriction of Access
CAS may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Website where reasonably necessary because of:
- Violation of these Terms;
- Fraud;
- Security threats;
- Unlawful conduct;
- Abuse of Website systems;
- Intellectual-property violations.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and governing-law provisions—will survive.
27. Changes to These Terms
CAS may update these Terms periodically.
When changes are made, CAS will update the Last Updated date at the top of the page.
Material changes may be communicated through the Website or other reasonable methods where appropriate.
Your continued use of the Website following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms, subject to any additional consent required by applicable law.
28. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws require otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising solely from use of the Website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in or serving Alameda County, California.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived in a user’s jurisdiction.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
30. No Waiver
CAS’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive CAS’s right to enforce that provision or another provision later.
31. Entire Agreement Regarding Website Use
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional Website-specific terms presented at the time of a particular transaction, constitute the agreement between you and CAS concerning use of the Website.
